Delete directly in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is from within the Vytal app. This immediately removes your account and queues all personal data for deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you have any difficulty using the in-app delete option, or if you'd prefer to request deletion directly, email us and we'll take care of it for you within 30 days.
Please include the email address associated with your Vytal account in your message.

Deleting your account will also cancel any active subscription. You will not be charged again after deletion. If you are mid-billing period, your access will continue until the end of that period.
If you change your mind, you are welcome to create a new account at any time — however, deleted data cannot be recovered.
