Menopause care in the UK is under pressure. Consultation time is squeezed, and women often have years of symptoms to explain in minutes. We built Vytal to help close that gap.
Vytal exists to give women a personalised, evidence-based picture of their nutrition and symptoms — so that when they do see their GP or specialist, the consultation time goes further.
We aim to make every clinical claim in Vytal traceable to a named, published source — including NICE, the British Menopause Society, the British Dietetic Association, and peer-reviewed research. Where the evidence isn't strong enough, we say so.
Perimenopause is not the same as post-menopause. Surgical menopause is not the same as natural. We don't treat menopause as one experience, because it isn't.
We don't sell supplements. We don't take affiliate commissions. We don't promote brands. Our only customer is the woman using the app — and that's how it stays.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it. You can export it for your GP, and you can delete it at any time. That isn't a feature — it's a principle.
Vytal is a nutrition companion. We don't diagnose, prescribe, or replace clinical care. When something needs a doctor, we say so.
If you're a clinician, a partner organisation, or simply curious about how we work, we'd be happy to talk.
